As you get ready for your Rubik Visit, we wanted to list some helpful tips so that we can make the most of your time with us.
1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR LOGIN DETAILS READY
Make sure you have all your relevant login details ready, including your device login, passcode and any relevant login details. We recommend changing your passwords to temporary passwords in preparation for our visit for your own reassurances. You can revert back to your previous passwords afterwards.
2. CHECK YOUR DEVICES ARE FULLY CHARGED AND CONNECTED TO POWER
Plug in your device and make sure it’s getting power. Some devices will demand to be charged to at least 50% before we can troubleshoot.
3. BACKUP YOUR DEVICE
Whether it’s to an external hard-drive or to the cloud, we recommend you backup your device to at-least one before we arrive. We take backing up data seriously so here’s a friendly tip. When it comes to backups follow our mantra of ‘1 is none and 2 is 1’. Better to be safe than sorry.
4. GET READY TO TAKE NOTES
If you are sitting down with your Friendly Human Tech Support, grab your phone, tablet, laptop or a good old fashioned pen and paper. We are here to empower our customers relationships with technology, so if you have the time to sit in and take notes as we go, we encourage it.
